We want to encourage participants to lose weight in a healthy manner, and we are also not health and fitness experts. We do not encourage females to eat less than 1,200 calories a day and males to eat less than 1,500 calories a day, as an insufficient calorie intake can result in muscle loss rather than fat loss. We strongly advise against extreme weight loss methods such as dehydration, diet pills, appetite suppressants, and more.
